Font Type and Size: Arial and 14 point

Presentation of Title: Bold and Justify

Author(s) Name and Institutional Affiliation:

Different Affiliations: Those authors have different institutional affiliations are referred by superscripts ( 1, 2, 3… )

Same Affiliation: No need to use superscript

Same and Different Affiliations: Those authors have same afflation use same superscript and different affiliations use different superscripts

Font Type and Size: Arial and 9 point

Presentation of Author(s) Name: Next to Title of Manuscript with Bold and Justify

Presentation of Institutional Affiliation: Next to Author(s) Name with Justify

Keywords:

Length of Keywords: Not less than 4 keywords

Font Type and Size: Arial and 10 point separated with semicolon

Presentation of Keywords: Next to Abstract with Italic and Justify

Example:

SPT; UDS; Borehole Logs; Shear Strength; Safe Bearing Capacity

Introduction:

Length of Introduction: Not more than 500 words

Features of Introduction: It should include citations. Brief preliminary explanation of the research work with advantages and general outcome of the research

Scope of Introduction: With in the scope of research work described in the manuscript

Format of Citations: [1], [2]…. Or (Townshend, 1992; Hall et al., 1995; Lu and Weng, 2007)

Font Type and Size: Arial and 10 point

Line Spacing: 1.15

Presentation of Introduction: Next to Keywords in Paragraphs with Justify

Materials and Methods:

Essentials for Materials and Methods: Mention each materials as well as methods being used in the research. If any published procedure being used under the study should be properly referred. Describe the methodology part through flowchart which is optional.

Font Type and Size: Arial and 10 point

Line Spacing: 1.15

Presentation of Materials and Methods: Next to Introduction with Justify

Results and Discussion:

Length of Results and Discussion: Not More than 1500 Words

Essentials for Results and Discussion: It should present original experimental findings or any survey findings. Experimental or survey findings should also be described through Figures, Graphs, and Tables at appropriate places with the content of manuscript. Discussion should covers summary of experimental findings of the research with facts from published findings or closely related research to check their feasibility.

Font Type and Size: Arial and 10 point

Line Spacing: 1.15

Presentation of Materials and Methods: Next to Materials and Methods in paragraphs with Justify

Figures:

Quality of Figures: Used figures in manuscript should be neat and clear and relevant to research described.

Format: JPEG/PNG

Not Accepted: Blurred and distorted Figures

Captions: Captions are mandatory and written below the figure in Italic with center

Font Type and Size: Arial and 9 point

Presentation of Figures: It should be placed in the manuscript where it is described. Do not place the figures at end of manuscript or in separate sheet.

Tables:

Quality of Tables: Used tables in manuscript should be neat and clear. Content of table should be placed accurately inside rows and columns of the table.

Format: Tables should be prepared on Microsoft Word file only.

Not Accepted: Distorted Tables and JPEG/PNG format

Captions: Captions are mandatory and written above the tables in Italic with center

Font Type and Size: Arial and 9 point

Presentation of Tables: It should be placed in the manuscript where it is described. Do not place the tables at end of manuscript or in separate sheet.

Conclusion:

Length of Conclusion: Not more than 300 words

Essentials for Conclusion: It should conclude the important outcome of the research with future plan to enhance the research.

Not Accepted: Citations and references

Font Type and Size: Arial and 10 point

Line Spacing: 1.15

Presentation of Conclusion: It should be placed in the manuscript after Result and Discussion section with Justify.

Acknowledgement:

Length of Acknowledgement: Not more than 100 words

Features of Acknowledgement: It should include details of research funding sources if applicable. It is presenting the gratitude towards your guide/team mates/at back end support.

Font Type and Size: Arial and 10 point

Line Spacing: 1.15

Presentation of Acknowledgement: It should be placed in the manuscript next to conclusion section with Justify.

References:

References are the mandatory section of the manuscript where given references under reference section should be mentioned as per the following format in the paper at their correct places.

Font Type and Size: Arial and 10 point

Line Spacing: 1.15

Not Accepted: Reference by unpublished work

Presentation of References: References are given next to Acknowledgement Section and at the end of manuscript with Justify. References have various formats which are mentioned below with possible examples:

Journal Article:

Author(s). Article title (Italic). Journal’s name (Full name). Publication year. Volume Number (Issue Number) Page range.

Conference Preprints/Proceedings/Extended Abstracts

Author(s), Publication year: Article title. Preprints,/Proc./Extended Abstracts, Conference Title, volume or report number (if included), city and state/province.

Author(s)/Authoring Organization, Year cited (explicitly noted): Document name (Italic). Address from which available online.

 

How to Submit Manuscript Online (Easy Steps)

To submit a manuscript online (Chrome Online Publishing System), authors must follow the instructions given below:

Log in: Firstly, author should start by launching the web browser.

Process I

Register: After then go to the particular journal with Chrome Online Publishing System. Here authors can create its own user ID and password to log in by clicking at the tab “Register”. Author has to create profile by filling the registration form with complete details. Authors should provide genuine and frequently used e-mail information. After filling the form click at: “Register” tab to proceed further. (Must be selected "Reader" and "Author" check box during registration)

Process II

Manuscript Submission: After registering in particular with Chrome Online Publishing System, click on the tab “New Submission”. Here, you get five steps to submit your manuscript.

Step 1: Starting the submission: Select the section (nature of the manuscript) then select all conditions in Submission Checklist, after that select copyright term and conditions, if you want to write comments for editors can write ( its optional) then click at tab “ Save and Continue” to proceed further.

Step 2: Uploading the Submission: Here you can choose manuscript by clicking at tab “choose file” which allow you to select from your desktop (word document is preferred) then click at tab “Upload”. Once your file upload complete after that click at tab “Save and Continue” to proceed further.

Step 3: Entering the Submission's Metadata: Under this step fill author(s) details and can add more authors by clicking at tab” Add Author” then add title and abstract ( are mandatory. Rest of the options are not mandatory if don’t belong to you. Select tab “Save and Continue” to proceed further.

Step 4: Uploading Supplementary Files: Under this step you can upload supplementary files if any ((a) research instruments, (b) data sets, which comply with the terms of the study's research ethics review, (c) sources that otherwise would be unavailable to readers, (d) figures and tables that cannot be integrated into the text itself, or other materials that add to the contribution of the work).

If not then click at tab “Save and Continue” to proceed further.

Step 5: Confirming the Submission: This is last and final step of manuscript submission, here you just confirm about the manuscript file details and then click at tab “Finish Submission” to complete the manuscript submission process. After finishing you gets Active Submission confirmation, you can see you submission by selecting tab” Active Submissions”.

 

Manuscript Withdrawal Policy:

According to Manuscript Withdrawal Policy if author (s), conference organizers and any third party wants to withdrawal the submitted manuscript with in 7 days from submitted date than there will be no withdrawal charges. If manuscript takes withdrawal after 7th day from submitted date than 2000 INR./70 USD (PayPal)/100 USD (Wire Transfer) will be charged as Manuscript Withdrawal Fee.

As per the policy author (s), conference organizers and any third party who wants to withdrawal the manuscript must submit the letter/email to Chrome Publishing regarding withdrawal of the manuscript.

No Article Processing Charges or Any Charges:

(Registration, Submission, Processing and Publication of Articles are Absolutely Free for Authors)

For Authors:

Chrome Publishing does not charge any kind of fee for publishing manuscript (s) from author (s). The complete process of publishing an article from the beginning (Registration, Submission and Peer-Review Process) till the end (Final Publication of the Paper) is absolutely free for Author (s).

**A soft copy of Certificate of Publishing an Article will be sent immediately to Author (s) though email just after publishing an Article. (Hard copy of Certificate is also freely available through hard copy compilation of the journal)

For Conference Organizers:

Conference Proceedings Free (Condition Apply)

Any conference organizers can publish conference proceedings free of any cost.

Condition: This is mandatory to purchase the hard copy compilation of conference proceedings@ 600 INR (10 Copies are mandatory)/ 60 USD (PayPal)/ 80USD (Wire Transfer)

 

Authors’ Print Copy and Certification:

Author (s) can get his/her/their published research in hard copy and certification of paper publication by ordering through following mode.

Print Copy Charges:

For Indian Author(s): 600 Rs. per Journal Copy + 0. Rs. per Publication Certificate = 600 Rs. (Total)

For Overseas Author(s): 100$US per Journal Copy + 0. $US per Publication Certificate= 100$US (Total)

Note: Above charges are inclusive of taxes and dispatch.

Payment Modes:

Mode 1: Bank Transfer/NEFT: One can submit the order fee through any bank transfer or Net Banking facility provided by your bank to following Chrome Publishing Bank Account:

Mode 2: Cheque/Cash: One can deposit the order fee through any bank at par Cheque in favor of Chrome Publishing (Note: do not send/submit the overwrite/misspelled/word cutting Cheque). Author can submit the fee through direct cash depositing to following Chrome Publishing Bank Account.

Note: In case of Cheque/Cash depositing, extra 150 Rs. will be charged and add by author to the total fee than submit the final fee.

Mode 3: Demand Draft: Author can also submit the fee through sending demand draft in favor of Chrome Publishing at the following postal address. (Note: do not send/submit the overwrite/misspelled/word cutting Draft).

Note: In case of Demand Draft depositing, extra 150 Rs. will be charged and add by author to the total fee than submit the final fee.

Mode 4: PayPal: Overseas author (s) can submit the fee through following PayPal link.
